Dr. Liu Yu Dong graduated from the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2004 and obtained a PHD in nuclear science and technology. After graduation, he began to engage in patent technology mining and patent application. In 2009, he joined Beijing Eastking as a partner to take charge of patent affairs. For more than 10 years of patent work, Dr. Liu Yudong has established extensive relations of cooperation with universities, research institutes,research and development enterprises, provided advice and guidance for the technology research and development direction and the protection of the intellectual property rights. He has a wealth of experience, especially in the patent invalidation, patent infringement litigation and corporate intellectual property strategy planning and formulating. As a member of China Intellectual Property Research Institute, China Trademark Association, China Patent Agent Association, Dr. Liu Yudong actively engaged in all kinds of domestic and foreign patent activities, established smooth communication and cooperation with firms in the United States, Europe, Japan, South Korea and other countries, provided  intellectual property rights guarantee for domestic customers.
